Welcome all nurses, and future nurses.  These are some wanderings of an old timer.  One who had to write out Nurses notes with a pen and start IV's with a butterfly.    This blog has been a long time in coming and I hope that you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it.  I find that when you put something down in writing it purges the soul.  It is a tool I use when I need to unload.
